Hi there, I’m Bev. Welcome to my page. Here you’ll find what inspires my writing, and definitely notice my love for the beach. Been a beach girl since I was born, and a book lover since I could read. My dream day is relaxing in a hammock by the ocean, under a shaded coconut tree with a book in my hands. Nowadays, with my book series I’m editing in my hands.
I’ve always called myself a professional day-dreamer. I pretty much live in fantasy land, creating a narrative out of everyone and everything I encounter. Like every female lead, I too have a fatal flaw. I romanticize everything. In my heart, life is one big love story. Even when it hurts.

I’ll never forget the first love story I ever read. I discovered it at the Book Fair in elementary school. Those were the days, right? When our biggest decisions were to pick out which book to buy. My eyes were drawn to the cover with the cute blonde hair couple sitting together on the beach, both in red bathing suits smiling at each other. I don’t remember much about it, and I really wish I remembered the title or author, but what I do recall is how fast I read that book while laying on my bed. Then finishing it and holding it to my chest, feeling utterly complete.
I remember thinking.... This is me. That was when my love affair with love stories began.

I’m still addicted to love. Reading it, writing it, exploring it. I’ve always been consumed with the concept of soulmates and how uniquely different each love story is. In my twenties, all I wanted to do was write. Be an author. But when I put pen to paper, I knew I needed more life experiences. My impulsive heart definitely gave me a large dose of that.
They say become what you can’t stop yourself from being. That’s writing for me. I’m thankful I was patient with the journey. Real love is patient, and my relationship with writing is proving this to be true. Time served us well. Because the stories that live inside me now are ones that need to be told. Ones that can turn pain into beauty. Bring hope to hopeless. And remind us that love is the centrifugal force in life, the inner need that binds us all together.
My favorite thing to do is write passionate stories about life and love, with complex characters who are forced to face their truths and bare it all. I love writing about alpha males who demand my attention, challenge me, and fiercely love their girl. I love writing about females who go against the grain, fearlessly take on life, and risk it all for love. More than anything, I love writing about the journey of falling head over heels for the one person you can’t live without.
